During our trip to the town located in Victoria, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this budget-friendly hotel. the location was just perfect as we were able to walk our dogs near the river and reach the main shopping area easily. the clean room and bathroom made us feel comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Although the breakfast was a bit overpriced, we found great options for food like the best pizzas just across the road. the hotel needed a bit of an upgrade as the facilities like the pool area could use some renovation to make the stay even better.

We enjoyed the location, which was PERFECT. It is not far from the airport. For dinner we chose the black stump, that was 1000 feet from the hotel.
Can’t fault anything about it.

Good appliances and comfortable beds. Convenient location, close to many attractions and services. The air conditioning worked really well, which was such a relief during the hot summer.
The lack of maintenance was very noticeable. There were weeds growing everywhere, and some furniture was broken, old and dirty.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in this city. The location was ideal as it was close to the main shopping area and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We also appreciated that it was close to the river, making it an easy and pleasant walk. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great; we loved the little courtyard and the swimming pool area which was also available for our furry friend. The staff, particularly Linda, were kind and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable beds made for a good night's rest. the location was convenient with plenty of options for food and entertainment within walking distance. close to a beautiful river with a free water play area for kids.
The cleaning could have been better as some areas were overlooked. the advertising may have been misleading as the hotel was not directly by the river.
